As it is mentioned in the UQLab manual, only first six copula families of
uq_SupportedPairCopulas.m: Independent, Clayton, Frank, Gaussian, Gumbel and t, are currently implemented.
I inferred C-vine and D-vine structures of my problem in R. The selected structure requires other than the six above-mentioned families: Joe, BB1, and BB8. To solve my correlated RBDO problem, I need to define these structures within UQLab.
Is it currently possible to define these structures or modifications are needed?
If yes, which sections of the source codes of UQLab should be modified to make it read such copula families?
