SLA and RIA throw error whereas SORA and PMA do not

Hey,

I used the test case (4.2 Cantilever Beam Example) from the original SLA paper (https://doi.org/10.1115/DETC2004-57255 and for some reason SLA and RIA throw an error whereas SORA and PMA manage to solve the problem.

Does such an error mean that it did not converge or that there is a bug?

I can attach the code if I get permission.
