What is UQWorld?

UQWorld is an online community for you to connect and interact with fellow UQ practitioners and UQLab users—of different levels of expertise—across scientific disciplines to:

  • Discuss and learn about the practice of UQ in science and engineering, various use cases, and best practices.
  • Ask and answer all questions related to UQLab.

The UQWorld website helps initiate and facilitate discussions among members in line with these goals. In this community, you can share your problem, experience, and expertise; as well as help each other out with all UQ- and UQLab-related problems.

To know more about UQWorld—its goal and organization, read the Chair’s blog on UQWorld: what, how, and why?. To learn more about the mechanics of the UQWorld website, read this getting started guide.

Who is behind UQWorld?

UQWorld is brought to you by the Chair of Risk, Safety & Uncertainty Quantification (RSUQ), ETH Zurich. It is operated and maintained by your friendly staff and you; together we make this our community.
