About Isight Calling UQLab Unable to Recognize the matlab Program

I am a novice in UQlab. In my research direction, I have built a UQlab deployment for a single design point. However, during the process of using Isight to call UQlab to perform optimization, it shows that the command line program cannot be recognized.
The command line reported that the function file:
(1) ModelOpts was not recognized mFile = ‘optimization_ paramater1126’;
(2) uq_copula_dimension: missing field Parameters given copula
I would appreciate it if you could reply me.

At present, the problem of matlab path has been eliminated.
